A Lowcountry Legacy
Since 1972
Wedgefield Country Club was shaped from the Lowcountry landscape of Georgetown in 1972 by two of golf's most respected designers — Porter Gibson and Bob Toski. Their par-72 layout stretches 7,057 yards from the championship tees, with 17 water hazards woven through live oaks and the marshland that defines this corner of South Carolina.
Under new ownership since October 2021, Wedgefield has entered an ambitious era of renovation — upgrading the course, the Manor House, the Brick House Pub, and the B&B cabins into a genuine stay-and-play destination. Come for the golf. Stay for everything else.
